GUARANTEE
Manufacturer's limited 90 Day warranty and parts list. Defective merchandise only. We will not take back merchandise damaged by improper use.
RETURNS
We will be as fair as possible in our return policies. Products
may be returned to us for a refund within
30 days of invoice only if there is a manufacturer
defect. All returns require a Return Authorization
Number. All refunds for non-defective items exclude
shipping and handling charges and will be charged a 15%
restocking fee. Please contact us at 1-800-214-3595 or email us to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package. Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges must be shipped via UPS to the address we will provide you with your return authorization.
Products returned without a RA from our store will be returned to owner at owner's expense.
Under no circumstances is user-damaged product returnable. (i.e. product rolled on or walked on in the street or sidewalk)
- All non-defective returned skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition.
- No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed.
- Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refund.
- EXKATE® / ALTERED™ is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions.
- EXKATE® / ALTERED™ does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks.
